Wao - 70% - Cacao del Yasuni
Again, a chocolate from Yasuni - here, a project run by women of the Waorani community, one of the many peoples of this region of the Amazon.
This is a chocolate with an assumed power, a little raw, which begins with notes of plum liqueur and freshly cut wood, with a finish of butter and brownie. The texture, perfectly smooth, crunchy then melting, is well mastered.
An excellent chocolate.
